We offer several weight loss packages. You are provided with everything you need for 5 weeks. We ask that you fill out your first visit forms prior to arriving. After you schedule your appointment online you will be directed to the forms required. We will provide you with an audio and booklet that goes over the complete program including very detailed information on a high Protein Low Carb diet. Each time you come we will check your measurements, your weight, and calculate your BMI. You will then be seen by our PA or NP who will check your blood pressure and listen to your heart and go over your medical history. At this time please feel free to ask any questions you may have. The 1st visit may take 45 mins at the most.
